Ha, me too! And that’s precisely what I’ve been working at for over 30 years. I continually push myself and my clients to evolve and grow. My path hasn’t always been straight, but it has been colorful. From the slopes of Mt Kilimanjaro (yes, the summit, too), to the finish line of the Ironman, I’ve been able to achieve things I never dreamed possible and YOU CAN TOO!
One of my greatest joys is guiding people to create a deeper sense of purpose in their life through mindful adventures. Typically, we look at the calendar together, decide on a dream trip or goal that will knock your socks off, then work backwards and put that plan into action.
The result is not just changed lives, but a transformation into someone so different that you feel like a new, rejuvenated human ready to live longer, stay stronger, and deepen your impact on the world. Are you ready to join us?
